PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
ICMA with post qualification of 2-3 years with core focus on costing procedures in a pure manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and present results to all levels of management in a clear and concise format.
Strong technical and analytical skills in account/financial forecasting and reporting experience with high level database management skills.
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must possess strong training/facilitation skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of raw material and finished good inventory cycle analysis and problem solving.
Oversee annual and/or cycle count of physical inventory process and reconcile all inventory accounts.
Prepare various internal and external financial reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible for month accounting closing tasks.
Develop standard cost and perform analysis for new products.
Responsible for raw material, PPY and Direct Labor reporting and analysis.
Strategic Planning and Budgeting
Assist in the development, presentation and implementation of the AOP budget and plan.
Monitor all controllable expense accounts and provide monthly financial review with each cost center manager.
Participate in plant wide continuous improvement strategy planning.
Automate reporting and analysis through advanced Excel and Access tools.
Responsible for maintaining internal controls, financial control documentation, testing and supporting audits.
