Position: Assistant Manager IT Distribution - Karachi

Education: Bachelors/Masters

Exp: 3-5 years experience (good sales exposure in product sales, retailers, corporates sites etc) - Reporting to Director

Responsibilities: 

•Lead the Sales Team (Leadership role ) Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Management 

•Manage Sales Team & targets follow ups 

•Strictly follow and implement company sales policy 

•Prepare agenda, conduct weekly, and monthly sales meeting, and submit report Client visit reports submissions 

•Explore and develop new potential markets 

•Validate monthly sales incentive for Sales Dept 

Skills Required 

•Strong Communication with Convincing Power 

•Strong English Business Communication both Written & Verbal 

•Can able to handle Corporate Individuals, Retailers etc.

•Computer Applications Proficiency (MS Suite/Presentations/Email s etc) 

•Capable of Pressure Handling / Meeting deadlines & Targets efficiently. 

•Energetic/Enthusiastic/Innovative/Self Initiative 

•Analytical Approach mobility
