PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·          Education: Chartered Accountant preferably with CISA
·          Expertise: 5 -  7 years  post qualification experience  preferably in Internal Audit of  Telco/large size organization
·          Excellent communication skills
·          As per Annual Audit Plan approved by the Audit Committee of the Board.
·           Work assigned by the Audit Committee
·          Assignments given by the President / CEO
 
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·          Responsible for Annual Audit Planning, Procurement Pre-Audits, Special Assignments and coordination with regions. 
·          Responsible for Review of Working Papers for Accuracy and Completeness in his own area of responsibility
·          Assist GM / Head of Internal Audit in preparation of Risk Based Annual Audit Plan.
·          Conduct risk assessments through surveys & interviews.
·          Preparation of Activity level Audit plan (Audit Team wise) from approved Annual Audit Plan.
·          Act as PMO for GM  / EVP (Internal Audit) in monitoring of actual execution of audits
·          Conduct pre-Audit of all central procurements
·          To conduct special assignments (investigations, studies , review of controls) as assigned to Internal Audit by the President / CEO or Audit committee of the Board and issue reports containing findings & recommendations
·          Propose recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, reporting on the findings to support audit recommendations
·          Prepare presentations and periodic reports for Audit Committee
·          Assist heads / board in assessing scope of work of External Auditors and ensure coordinate with external Auditors .
·          Conduct Training need assessment of Internal Audit Staff and propose courses for Professional Development of staff members
·          Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
·          Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
