PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

· Masters with 12-15 years of experience in a pharmaceutical with 2-3 years on the similar role.

·Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.

· Excellent oral, written, presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for new clientele, retain existing clients, and handle all aspects of the sales initiatives for the target customers.

· Design and Implement area of commercial strategy along with the director of the division.

· Assure the fulfillment of the sales objectives and business plans in the assigned market.

·Create the sales strategy in alignment with the overall business target

· Cascade and communicate the operational plan to the team based on the sales strategy

·Provide support to senior management in determining strategic alliances wrt sales
