PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Graduate
with minimum 1-2 years of experience in the security role with knowledge of
security systems, alarm system, monitoring of security staff, Bills and voucher
preparation, documentation and record keeping and other miscellaneous
administrative work.
· Capable to
manage protocol duties
· Capable to
manage emergency response plan
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· To
supervise CCTV monitoring staff.
· Maintaining
all CC cameras and system in good condition with the help of CC TV technician.
· Insure CCTV
recording as per system; maintain all records in the record register
· Be
efficient in inform the Sr. Security Manager or Manager Security & Services.
· To inform
the Sr. Security Manager and/or Manager Security & Services if during
monitoring, an activity is found, which is out of the ordinary.
· Responsible
for checking staff scrap sale items on Staff Scrap Sale day.
· In case of
any accident / emergency, taking patient to the hospital for first aid and
further treatment (including after closing hours).
· Ensure
safety of the factory in case of fire (information and action).
· Carrying
out fire fighting practices and maintaining the records.
· To assist
in holding evacuation drill in the factory.
· Preparing
and maintaining duty roster record for permanent/contract security guards.
· Any other
responsibilities assigned by Manager Security Services.
