Job Purpose:
Manage the issuance of Water Licences of the Independent regulatory body (IRB) on performing full range of licensing and regulatory tasks required, and ensure compliance with all applicable water licensing regulations in Jubail and Yanbu. Provide and develop technical and regulatory strategies to resolve technical and regulatory issues associated with the licensing of water business.
Qualifications:
University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or finance or economics or accounting or law preferably with an additional management qualification.
Experience:
10 years' operational experience in a large utilities organization.
- Including 3 years of exposure to regulatory frameworks within the utilities sector
