Skills Required:	· Must have very strong verbal and written English communications Skills (American accent Preferred) and good interpersonal skills. · Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must. · Basic Knowledge of NAT, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, VPN, SMTP, WiFi, LAN, WAN. · Ability to work different shifts in a 24x7 environment. · Excellent analytical skills and EDP knowledge. · Cisco CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred.
Summary	· Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps. · Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues. · Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS · Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude. · Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools · Properly document all calls in CRM. · May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
